- Monday nights we have a country music jam starting at 6pm that has a dinner menu from our kitchen and a 50/50 Joker Jackpot Cash Drawing
- Tuesday & Thursday at 10am: Shuffleboard
- temporarily suspended for the summer
- Wednesdays at 7pm: Game Night (Dominoes, Card Games & Billiards)
- Friday at 7pm: Poker (members only)
- We also have occasional crafting and quilting group activities as desired
All these activities are FREE for Members or available to the public with a $3 donation

We have a spacious main hall, suitable for small to mid-sized weddings or receptions that include seating for up to 150 attendees, a beautiful dance floor, and a stage for a band or DJ. Our sound system is available for use if needed, and our commercial kitchen can be utilized for an additional fee.
For smaller events, like birthdays, showers, reunions, Quinceañeras, business training sessions or small club meetings, our divider wall creates a more intimate atmosphere with an attractive fireplace focal point.
Our rates are reasonable, and we have ample parking.

Members of the Beacon Square Civic Association can store their RV’s and Boat’s in our parking lot for $30 a month when space is available.
Our members are welcome to check out our library and borrow books, DVDs and CDs. Return when you finish and add to our collection if you have something others might enjoy. Reread an old favorite or try a new author. The young members can borrow 2 books at a time, on the honor system. Our children’s section is located next to the adult library. The kids library continues to grow as donations of books, puzzles and games grow. If your child would like to donate, do so by bringing to the kids library located next to the adult library.
